Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Timeframes
- U.S. Orders: 2–6 business days
- Canada: 10–16 business days
- International: 2–6 weeks (may vary by destination and customs processing)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal service.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered and responsibility transfers to the customer.
PKC Collection is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by USPS/UPS
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failure to pick up from carrier
- Delivery refusal
A reshipping fee will apply based on the package weight.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local postal office
- Contact USPS directly to file a claim
Many shipments include insurance, and we are happy to assist with any information needed for your claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every order, but if something isn’t right:
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Email: support@pkccollection.com
- Include your order number + clear photos
If approved, we will gladly replace the item and cover shipping costs.
Items reported after 3 days, worn, or altered are not eligible for return or replacement.
